Enrollment Checklist :: International Student

Log in to the IC Admission Portal

Login to your . On the homepage you will see a checklist of enrollment items that you still need to complete with a red 鈥淴鈥� next to them.

Log in to the IC Student Portal through Single Sign-On (SSO)

This SSO is the system that has all of the applications that IC students use to complete many of their enrollment steps. Set up your login information, security questions and authentication by going to and using the login credentials that you can find at .

NOTE: Make sure that you are using the Google Chrome web browser when logging into the SSO, as other browsers tend to not work with the SSO login.

Set up your IC Email

Each student receives a Gmail account that is permanent as long as the campus is using Google services. Go to and select Gmail. Contact the IT Help Desk at servicedesk@ic.edu or call 217.245.3416 if you have issues logging in. 

Remember to check your IC email on a daily basis, this is how we will communicate with you from today moving forward.

Complete the Criminal & Disciplinary History Disclosure Form

Each 抖阴pro student who has qualified for admission is required to provide complete and accurate supplemental information regarding their criminal history and any disciplinary history with any educational institution before the enrollment process can be completed. to complete the form.

All incoming students need to take a math placement exam. If English is your first language, you will need to take the foreign language placement exam. Otherwise, you can ignore the language placement exam. 

  • Go to and log in to by selecting Connect2 and using your network login and password.
  • Select the New Students Tab and choose Complete required placement exams from the left hand menu and follow the instructions. If you have questions please contact your Admission Counselor.

To create your tentative fall schedule, complete your course preferences paying specific attention to your major. Once your course preferences are completed Helen Kuhn, Registrar at 抖阴pro will want to meet with you so she can help you get registered for your first semester classes. Use with Helen Kuhn on Zoom.

  • To create your tentative fall schedule get started on your course preferences by logging into Connect2 at login.ic.edu, using your network login and password.
  • Select the New Students Tab and choose First-Year Seminar and Course Preferences from the left hand menu and choose the select your First-Year seminar and course preferences link. If you need assistance please contact your Admission Counselor. 
Complete and submit Health and Immunizations Forms

Complete your health, immunization and physical form by July 1. Download your health forms below. To return the forms, you can upload them at in the Chesley Health and Wellness Center app. Select Uploads and select your forms. 

If there are required immunizations on this form that you have not yet had (your doctor will have a vaccination record and will know which ones you have had), we strongly encourage international students to get them in their home country before coming, as it is usually much cheaper than getting the immunizations once you arrive in the USA. Your doctor can give you the needed immunizations that are referenced in the Health History form if you do not already have them. Once completed, upload the health forms to your IC application portal. Please return these health forms to IC as soon as possible so that we can review them and let you know if additional vaccines are needed.

Look for an email from the Office of Admission

Keep an eye out for an email from the Office of Admission for more information about making travel arrangements and paying your bill. 

Submit your student ID photo

Upload a photo to use as your IC Student ID photo on the . Photos should not include hats, sunglasses, and should not be group photos.
